This is great Shit. Rob Vasquez is a near-lifelong inspiration to me and I'll gobble up anything that gets released. Love the Gorls record that came out recently. I have some of the old little fanzines that Dawn Johnson put out somewhere; I wrote letters to them to get them.

Great piece! Wanted to say I loved the deep dive into early Beck as well. I think we're about the same age and I had similiar experiences with this music. It's an ongoing infatuation.

That Beck story was fun to write, because as a fan, I loved getting a better sense of where he was coming from.
